Lunges are one of the best faceted exercises for your legs, working your quads, glutes, calves and hamstrings all at once.

The 100 Lunge Challenge.
First, head outside and see how many you can do. My favorite way to do this challenge is with walking lunges. Sidewalks are great for this. Take a large step forward, lunge bending at the knee until it's in a 90 degree angle. Press through your heel back up and alternate to your opposite leg.
Can you already do 100? You are amazing! Try another 25-50 today? If you can't quite make it to 100, that's OK! Tomorrow try it again! Each day keep trying to do more than you did the day before until you make it all the way to 100!
