Stroller Fitness is where it's at!
Going on a walk with baby or maybe a jog? With a little creativity you can add a few resistance moves and some high intensity bursts and Voila! You’ve got yourself a fat blasting, muscle toning extravaganza all with your little one in tow!

Last week we were on the news! After so many excited comments from viewers I discovered that there was an enormous amount of people who had never heard about Stroller Fitness! So below I’ve put together a little workout for your next “walk” around the block.
What you will need:
- stroller (jogging strollers are splendid but not a must)
- water bottle
- snacks/water for baby
Warm-up walk/jog for 3-5
1 min walking lunges
1 min walk/Jog
20 Side Kicks (each leg)
20 Strait leg backward kick (each leg)
1 min walk/jog
Repeat 2 more times!
