t's summer time! Time to have fun in the sun with the kids. Outdoor workouts are a must! That's why today I have gifted you your very own Mighty Mama Playground Workout. When the kiddos are itching to head to the park put those flip flops away and grab your tennis shoes! The wee ones get some energy out and you get strong arms and a toned tush. Everybody wins! Love it!
