What is online training?

Mamas don’t have a ton of extra time.  I know, because I am a mama!  That’s why I’ve developed a fantastic way for moms to get fit during those precious stolen moments.  In-person Personal training is great, but sometimes it’s hard to make appointments because of lack of sleep, no babysitter, and other scheduling conflicts.  With online training, you choose when and where you workout! 

When you sign up for Mighty Mama Fitness Online Training,

This is what you can expect.

-Workouts that include strength training and cardio all customized with your specialized needs in mind

-Progressive Core tutorial to get a flat toned tummy

-Nutritional Guide and Inspiration

-Weekly e-mail check ins with Lindsey to check your progress and to see if any aspect of your program needs to be tweaked.  I’m here to keep you on track and motivated! 

-Upper and lower back pain tutorial.

12 Week Training Packages

This is what you will be accountable for:

-Taking weekly progress pictures and uploading them to your Mighty Mama dashboard.

-Taking and uploading your measurements and body stats to your Mighty Mama Dashboard

-Keeping me updated on completed workouts

-Keeping consistent. 

-Giving your best!

Once I sign up, what happens?

I will send you a questionnaire and waiver so that I am able to create a specific and customized program just for you.

I create your program.   Within 3 business days, you will be sent your program tailored to your specific goals.
